Well appointed 2 story villa with sheltered terrace and views over the bay of Cavalaire located in mature private residential development. To the rear of the house is a delightful private security alarmed swimming pool 10 x 5 x 1.2-1.8m depth and patio with large outdoor eating area. Outside shower. The pool area is also isolated from the house by a lockable grille. Private gardens with mature plants including lavender, bougainvillea, fig and eucalyptus trees. Summer kitchen with BBQ.
Accommodation is on two levels and is of a good quality. Large sitting / dining room with sofa, armchairs, wood burning stove and table seating 8, TV, satellite and DVD. Doors to terrace. Separate kitchen fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed 1: double with doors to garden. Bed 2: 2 singles. Separate bathroom with bath (shower over) and WC and another shower room with shower and WC. Stairs to mezzanine with comfortable convertible double sofa-bed leading to Bed 3: 2 singles with low headroom. Linen included. Cot and highchair.
