A recent development of high quality villas facing the “Iles d’Or” and built against the hills of the Massif des Maures. La Londe les Maures 5 km is a charming village with plenty of restaurants and shops and numerous water sports including windsurfing, sea kayaks, scuba diving and various children’s leisure activities available from the beachfront. The glorious Estagnol beaches are just 10 km away where you can take boat trips to the beautiful Protected Islands of Porquerolles filled with vineyards, olive trees, fig and citrus trees and Port-Cros with its magnificent protected flora and fauna. St Tropez is easily accessible by boat from Le Lavandou (13 km) every Tuesday and Saturday and is a relaxing alternative to traveling by car into the famous town. The area also has many vineyards where you can taste the local Cotes de Provence wines. The 18 hole Golf course at Valcros is just a couple of km and can be booked through the private villa reception. Airports: Toulon/Hyères 15 km and Marseille 130 km and Nice 165 km.
Located in a recently built exclusive Domaine these luxurious villas are in the Provencal style and equipped to a very high standard offering very comfortable luxury accommodation. Each villa is perched high up on the hillside offering magnificent panoramic views towards the sea and valley below. Each has its own private pool all of which are different shapes 30-35 sq m, 1.7m max depth. All pools have security alarms and some are also fully enclosed. (Please request before booking if you have a specific requirement for an enclosed pool) Each villa has its own private garden area as well as a terrace for outside dining. Private parking space. The Domaine has its own security entrance which is closed at nights for extra security. Electric BBQ’s are available for hire. Some gardens have steep terraces so care with small children is advised. The villas are managed locally by friendly staff that are on hand to help and arrange extra services if required.
All villas are extremely well equipped and comfortable and are of a similar style and standard. Kitchens each fitted with large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Living room, dining room tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and tiled floors. Satellite TV/DVD. CD player. Internet access available at reception area. Every villa has at least 3 bedrooms with either ensuite or adjacent bath/shower rooms. Each first floor bedroom is air conditioned for extra comfort. For parties of up to 6 there is a discounted price where one bedroom will be closed. Cot and highchair available.
5 bedroom villas are also available under ref FMW637. Saturday changeover. Local tax per person per night in € payable on site. (Usually about 1€ per person). Electricity usage chargeable up to 26 Jun and after 11 Sep dependant on usage.
