Single-storey villa in a tranquil, hillside location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Enclosed garden with olive trees, vines and vegetable garden. Fenced pool (can be illuminated at night) 10 x 5.5 x 0.8-2m depth with security immersion alarm and roman steps, paved sun terrace and flower-filled tubs. Attractive covered terrace, perfect for outdoor meals. Table tennis and gas BBQ. Discreet and friendly owners occupy a separate studio away from the villa under the pool area, next to the laundry room (with washing machine) which is shared with owners, who do not use the pool, and keep geese, chicken and tortoises in large pen in the grounds.

All windows and doors (except kitchen) have fitted pull-down mosquito nets. Folding cot and highchair on request. No pets.
